This course is designed for any personnel who are required to move any object or person as apart of their job requirement.

The course is either object based or person based dependent upon the needs of the trainees. This equips the trainee with the necessary skills to undertake Moving and Handling objects or people in a safe manner.

It covers Anatomy and Physiology of the spine, kinetic moving, mechanics of the body, moving and handling aids and the correct way of assisting with mobiltiy.

This course is 6 hours. Maximum of 12 people
