This course is designed for personnel who have a current First Aid at Work certificate and have a requirement to use an AED. The main areas of use for an AED are where there are high risks of heart attacks or areas where large numbers of the public congregate or pass through.

The aim of this course is to give a more detailed knowledge of the circulatory and respiratory systems and the safe use of AED. There will be ongoing assessment during the course

The course is half a day. Maximum of 12 people
